SUP, Stand up paddle the latest in water sports and no doubt one of the easiest to learn. There are no age limits giving you the opportunity to have fun from the first moment you try the tavola: a sort of canoe with a paddle adapted to the surf. Easy and fun for everyone.
In front of our Kite Center we have a slow-break perfect for paddle surfing, sandy bottom with no rocks. For fitness and nature we organize trips to Rio Jara, situated in a nature park 150 meters from our Kite Center.
At Kite Progress Tarifa you can rent SUP boards in different sizes with paddle and wetsuit. We have several models of surf and distance boards to choose from.
